Ideal for applying underneath small scale patching of potholes in roads, footpaths, trenches, driveways, carparks or when completing other minor repairs.

Provides a water proof seal to prevent water ingress to make a repair last longer.

METHOD OF USE:
The area to be patched MUST have all weeds, plants and any other loose material and dust removed, be well compacted and drained before emulsion is applied. We recommend a stiff broom or high-pressure cleaner is used to ensure a clean surface. Allow area to dry completely prior to emulsion being applied.

HOW TO USE:
Shake product well before use. Emulsion should be applied to the prepared area and allowed to breath for 10-15 minutes prior to patching with coldmix asphalt. After coldmix has been laid, apply a further ring of emulsion to patch edge, to seal the patch in place. A little sprinkle of sand on this will remove any tackiness from the patched surface. The surface may remain soft for a few days but will harden over time.

SAFETY:
•Do not breathe any gas, fumes or vapour from the material.
•Avoid contact with eyes.
•Wear suitable protective clothing.
•Use in well-ventilated areas only.

FIRST AID:
•Eyes: Wash wish running water.
•Skin: Remove contaminated clothing, wash with soapy water.
•Inhaled: Move to fresh air, keep warm, see medical attention.

TIPS, CLEAN UP & STORAGE:
Clean up with water while the product is still wet, or mechanically if dried.

Emulsion is best stored at room temperature, avoiding freezing conditions and out of direct sunlight.
